  • Currently, we only provide Cash on Delivery (COD) as our payment method.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery: Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days from the date of order confirmation.
  • Remote Areas: Deliveries may take up to 10–12 business days depending on location and courier availability.
  • Customers will be notified if there are any unexpected delays.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before confirming the order.
  • Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions on selected products or order values.

5. Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Terms

  • Customers must make full payment in cash at the time of delivery.

  • Failure to accept COD delivery may result in cancellation of future orders.

  • Zania Clicks is not liable for such delays but will keep customers updated.

8. Damaged or Missing Items

  • Customers must check the package at the time of delivery.
